Hello out there!

I don't know if this belongs to the bug thread or to the help thread, so I'll post it here.

I made the BK Quest and sold the items from it. After that I went to the King in Venore and bought promo. First I had it, but my regains weren't faster, so I relogged. When I relogged, my promo disappeared. I thought that had something to do with the premmy - So I sold everything I had and lend me 1,1 k for a premmy. I bought the premmy and relogged. But my promo hasn't come back.

So what shall I do now? I can't get those 20 k again :/
